To help you better manage your clients and prospects, we’ve built a contact relationship management module into Liberty. Now you can store all your client information and track your communications inside one records database that integrates directly with your book of business.
 
To make things even simpler, we also give you the ability to generate proposals directly from these records, automatically pre-populating forms with the most accurate, up-to-date information.

Proposal Generation

Our automatic proposal generation capabilities streamline your workflow by enabling you to automatically pre-fill forms with data from your CRM, reducing manual data entry and chances for error. You can even incorporate the specific models you want to use for each account into these proposals.

Simple Account Opening
When you are ready to open an account, all the data you’ve collected in Liberty’s contact manager and through the proposal generation tool is passed directly into the newly opened account — so that there are no manual errors or duplicate entries. You’ll even have all the correct models set up (and funds allocated) if you collected that information during the proposal generation process. And eSignature makes it easy to keep track of where everyone is in the process. With Liberty, it’s just that simple.

Rep Analytics
With Liberty, you can take advantage of built-in analytics that allow you to monitor your reps’ performance — which is key to running a successful firm. You can use it to identify and reward top performers, pinpoint best practices, coach underperformers, create transparency so your reps can see how they rank against each other, or even identify warning signs for your reps (e.g. losing a client).
 
Some of the metrics you can monitor include:
  • Number of new and closed accounts
  • Deposits and withdrawals
  • Total AUM
  • Average account size, number of accounts, and AUM per rep

Prospecting Tools
Growing faster often means recruiting some help, and our prospecting database helps you recruit top representatives with characteristics ideal for your firm. You can access nearly 600,000 registered reps within the Discovery database, create custom queries to find the right reps to represent your business, download and save rep lists, and then track prospects in our Contact Management module.
