Personal attention doesn’t stop after the conversion process. At Trust, this high level of service is a cornerstone of our RIA custody offerings. After you have transferred the bulk of your assets and successfully completed multiple statement and reporting cycles, the transition from your conversion manager to your relationship manager begins. The conversion manager works closely with the relationship manager to make sure there is an understanding about your business to make for a smooth transition.

No Call Center

At Trust, we do not have a service call center. You are not routed into a queue and then given to the next available service agent. You contact your relationship manager directly at their dedicated phone number or email address.

There is also no need to have a contact in different parts of the company to handle your transfer, system, or fee-related questions. Your relationship manager is responsible for your requests and will coordinate with others in the company to assist in answering your questions.

A True Advocate

Your relationship manager is an advocate for you and your firm. They understand your business and work internally to manage this relationship.

Your manager oversees daily operational functions to ensure your requests, paperwork, and other matters are completed according to our service standards. They spend the time to understand any issues you may have and then drive the resolution internally. If items are pending, they keep you updated.

While we send out operational notices and new feature announcements regularly, we understand you may miss something important to you. Your relationship manager knows you and your business. If they see a topic that may be of particular interest to you, they call you to make sure you saw it and answer any questions you may have.

These are only a few of the ways your relationship manager is your advocate.

Daily Care

Your relationship manager is there to offer daily assistance as needed. From helping to process transactions to answering questions to running special reports, they are available.

Your relationship manager is someone you count on – someone you can trust.

On-going Training

Trust offers many on-going training opportunities.

To supplement the training you receive during your conversion, you can request one-on-one training with a relationship manager whenever needed. Whether it is a quick question or a scheduled training session, we are always here to help.

Since we have expertise in many areas, we often have supplemental education programs. For instance, we have an IRA technical training available for advisors.

Trading Support

Your relationship manager is available to provide you with routine trading support. They help answer questions about how to use the various trading tools, what functionality to use to achieve the results you want, or why you received the results you did.

Then when questions become more technical in nature, trading specialists are also available for more complicated trading processes.
