Cash Management

One of the largest account maintenance efforts your operational staff faces is cash management. In response, we built a complete cash management system into our platform to eliminate this time-consuming task.

A Cash Calendar System

The Trust platform uses what we call a Cash Calendar system to help manage the out-going cash flow needs from client accounts. The cash calendar tracks events such as one-time withdrawal requests, systematic distributions, and upcoming fee payments. It applies these cash demands to applicable client accounts up to 10 days in advance of its required date, so you can take a single weekly trading action across all that will satisfy your account cash requirements.

Standing Instructions

We allow many types of standing instructions and advisor pre-authorizations that make managing your client needs easier and more efficient.

Cash Reserve Management

We recognize that some of your clients have scheduled distributions and you would like to maintain cash reserves for them, while other clients you want to keep fully-invested. And when both types of clients are in the same strategy, this could mean you currently need to manage two separate versions of your investment model.

Not at Trust; we developed a system called Model Tactics that allows you to set up variations of a single model, such as one with a cash reserve and one to keep clients fully-invested,. This functionality allows individual accounts to have different cash strategies while reporting and managing your overall strategy as a single investment model.
