The Trust platform is designed to provide the most efficient processes for account maintenance, from streamlined account opening to efficient on-going maintenance.
Account Opening
Opening new accounts in Trust’s TCAdvisor has been streamlined by walking you through the data entry process, including setting up investments and services, and then providing required pre-populated forms.
All information remains updateable prior to the account being opened to facilitate new or corrected information from your client. After the account is opened, client address, phone number, associated models and fee schedule, can still be maintained online.
Account Maintenance Tools
To facilitate account maintenance, we provide operational bulletins when you first enter TCAdvisor to notify you of important events such as cash distributions, incoming transfers, accounts with cash demands, and much more.
You can also create reminder memos for an account to remind you of a particular account’s needs. And to help you keep accounts invested, you can elect to receive notifications of deposits by email.
RMD Calculation and Notification
Trust calculates and tracks your clients’ RMD requirements. Twice a year we send RMD reminders to clients. If your client chooses to set up periodic systematic distributions to satisfy their RMD, we’ll calculate the required amounts for each distribution.
Reports are also available to you listing client accounts with RMD requirements, the amount required for each client, and the amount that remains outstanding for the year. To help your clients make distribution decisions, they can also see the RMD amount they have taken so far online.
