Trust Announces David Runberg as New Chief Financial Officer

Skilled professional brings nearly three decades of financial leadership experience

DENVER (July 18, 2007) – Trust Company of America, a provider of custody services in the financial industry, today announced the appointment of David Runberg as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 28 years of experience as a financial executive, Mr. Runberg’s diverse skill set includes 10 years of “Big 4″ public accounting expertise and nearly two decades of financial and operational experience with an array of respected private and public companies.

Prior to joining Trust, Mr. Runberg held senior-level finance officer positions at Big O Tires, Inc., where he led the finance, credit, and information technology teams, and INVESCO Private Capital.

Mr. Runberg hold’s a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds the NASD Series 27 license.
