Whether you have a turn-key asset management program (TAMP) or you have a group of internal account representatives, we have built a suite of tools for helping you manage your sales force.

Sales Analytics

Sales Analytics is an online, interactive tool designed to replace complicated and lengthy spreadsheets. Analytics compiles and calculates over 20 different data points for your account base such as total worth, cash flow history, and other key sales details. It presents information at your firm level, associated Broker/Dealer level (if applicable), and individual account representative level. Data is available real-time with extensive calculations updated nightly.

Easy to use, Analytics provides multiple views and drill-downs from one level to another. For instance, if you are looking at Broker/Dealer A, you can click on one of their representatives to see data based on that representative’s accounts. From there, you can even click on an individual account to view and service right from the Analytics tool.

Sales Analytics is designed to give you the information you need to make better business decisions.

Representative Activity Reports

In addition to online, interactive analytics, we can provide 14 different management metrics on representatives’ activities in a standard reports. You can opt to receive these daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or quarterly.

Representative Fee Breakdown Reports

As an extension of our management fee services where we will calculate, assess, and deliver your management fees, we will also provide a commission fee breakdown report to eliminate your burden calculating how much is owed to each sales representative based on their client account activity.

Broker/Dealer Check Services

When selling through licensed representatives, our fee services can include monthly processing of your broker/dealer commission payments. We will calculate the splits and provide your broker/dealer with a check and breakdown report to pay their representatives on your behalf. It is one less thing to worry about.

Co-branding Statements and Online Access

Trust has the ability to co-brand client statements and online access with both your branding and the branding of your broker/dealer or another sales organization. Your sales partner will appreciate the recognition and their presence helps strengthen their relationship with the end client.

And if you work through more than one sales partner, the Trust system tracks each client’s associations and serves up the proper branding for each client.

Notification of Deposits

It has been proven that the closer recognition can be given to an actual event, the greater its motivating effect.

Utilizing our real-time positions engine, our system can automatically email you when a deposit over the amount you choose is deposited into one of your client’s accounts. The email lists the representative associated with the account and their contact information, so you can give them a quick call and thank them for the new business.

Our system can also email your representatives when one of their clients makes a deposit over the defined amount, so they can call the client to thank them.

Representative Online Access

Trust online account access provides your account representatives with access to real-time positions, historical account information, a year of client statements, four years of tax forms – including gain/loss information, copies of account correspondence, and an easy way to view their account base as a whole, in groups, or individual accounts.

It is simple. If we provide them the information, then you do not have to.
