Jennifer Goss

Vice President, Human Resources

Jennifer Goss joined Trust Company of America (TCA) in April of 2007 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, Jennifer is responsible for the company’s human resources strategic planning and program implementation, employee relations, corporate benefits administration, compensation, leadership and talent management. She leads the human resources team supporting the company’s overall strategic plan.

Jennifer began her career in the construction industry where she managed the Human Resources, Payroll and Accounts Payable functions for ERS Constructors – Pipeline Division of The Industrial Company. Prior to her corporate career, Jennifer served as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate in the United States Navy.

Jennifer graduated with honors from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in law and society.
