Al Leary rejoined Trust Company of America (TCA) in September 2015 and serves as senior vice president and national sales manager. He is responsible for developing and leading the company’s sales strategies and client acquisition efforts. With more than 20 years of successful executive sales leadership experience, Al is focused on increasing the company’s profitable revenue growth while championing the delivery of an unparalleled service experience to RIA clients. He is also a member of TCA’s senior leadership team, which shapes the strategic focus of the organization.
Prior to rejoining Trust Company of America, Al held several senior executive positions at Xerox, including senior vice president/general manager and senior vice president, office of MPS acceleration, a transformational position in which he led the rapid growth of a key new annuity services offering into a profitable $85 million business within 18 months. Before that, he was vice president of national sales at TCA from 2008 to 2011, transforming the company’s client acquisition process and delivering strong revenue growth. Al was also senior vice president at TransUnion Settlement Solutions, where he was responsible for mid-market sales, marketing, client services, and new client integration. Other leadership positions include executive roles in two start-up technology services firms, as part of the leadership of a venture capital firm, where he successfully led business acceleration efforts.
Al has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgetown University.
