Mike Lover

Vice President, Process Improvement

Mike Lover joined Trust Company of America (TCA) in 2012 with over 15 years of experience in the growth and leadership of a diverse set of technology, service and hospitality companies. His expertise is in customer service, project management and process improvement, and his role is to focus on simplifying our processes and significantly improving ease for our clients.

Prior to joining TCA, Mike was the Director of Software Implementations for Baxter Healthcare Corporation in a highly FDA-regulated environment. There, he led cutting-edge pharmacy technology implementation initiatives and played a significant role in the continued development of new processes across the company. Mike has significant experience in determining root cause analysis, working across functional teams, designing new processes that meet both the goals of the customer and the business and implementing lasting, measurable change in an organization.

Before joining Baxter, Mike’s background in process improvement assisted him with running his own company with clients ranging from Whole Foods to Denver Public Schools, hospitality companies to aviation. He has completed over 40 Lean Six Sigma projects producing over $50 million in revenue growth and expense savings, and has a proven track record of driving innovation, speed, service and quality.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Accenture.
