Kathleen joined Trust Company of America in 2013 and currently serves as the vice president of people and culture.
She is focused on building a competitive people and culture strategy that creates empowered teams, builds and retains top talent and positions the firm for future growth.
Previously, Kathleen served as senior HR manager of Business HR at Baxa Corporation. In this role, she integrated Baxa’s core principles to launch a new performance management system and led the company change management strategy following an acquisition by Baxter Healthcare. Kathleen has also held HR positions at EchoStar/DISH Network, The Home Depot, and High Speed Access Corp.
Kathleen is a graduate of Marymount University with a liberal arts degree concentrating on psychology and human development. Her numerous certifications include the Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification, Risk Management, SPHR Certification, and Kenexa 360 Coaching.
